Technical delivery and server logs
Accessing a website generates technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, status code and browser information. This supports content delivery, troubleshooting and security. Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations or the investigation of security incidents.
Language preference
Choosing a language manually stores the fm24-language cookie for up to one year. It contains only de, en or ar and remembers your preferred language. Direct language links work without storage. You can delete the cookie in your browser.
Cookies and privacy settings
Your choice is saved as fm24-consent-v1 in local browser storage for up to 180 days. It contains the version, timestamp and your decisions about the Calendly embed and Google Analytics. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current session. Storage required for your chosen language and privacy settings is based on section 25(2) TDDDG. Optional embeds require consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Appointments through Calendly
Scheduling is provided by Calendly, LLC, USA. The calendar is embedded in the booking window only after your consent. No Calendly resources load beforehand. You may alternatively use the external booking link. When the calendar loads, Calendly processes connection data and the appointment and contact details you enter. Processing in the USA is possible. Calendly offers its own cookie choices. Withdrawing consent through Cookie settings removes an open embedded calendar; it does not delete data already transmitted or Calendly cookies.
Calendly privacy noticeFonts and presentation
Font files and the logo are served locally with this website. No external font service is contacted.
Google Analytics 4 (visitor statistics)
Google Analytics 4 is used for visitor statistics only after your consent. The providers are Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA.
Without consent, no Google analytics code is loaded and no analytics requests are sent. After consent, page views, technical device and browser information, referral sources and interactions may be processed and cookies _ga and _ga_* stored for up to 180 days.
Query parameters and fragments are removed from page addresses sent by FM24. FM24 does not send booking or form contents to Analytics. Google Signals and personalised advertising are not enabled.
Processing in the USA is possible. The legal bases are your consent under section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal disables analytics, deletes first-party Analytics cookies and reloads the page; it does not retroactively delete data already transmitted.
